Restaurant overcrowded, difficult to enjoy meals.

Had a blast with the aqua aerobics and Zumba sessions in the afternoons! The beach proximity and clean pools make it a real gem.

Arriving at El Mouradi, I initially felt the excitement of being in a beautiful location. The seafront setting is stunning, and I loved how the beach was just a short stroll away. The staff made an impression right away, with several members going out of their way to make me feel welcome. The dining options had moments of joy, especially when the food was fresh and well-prepared, but unfortunately, I found the buffet too crowded at times, making meals less enjoyable. It often felt chaotic, with long queues for food. while it had a great view, I noticed the air conditioning was inconsistent which was uncomfortable during the hotter days. I struggled with only having two power sockets, and the cleanliness needs some attention. I had a mini-bar, though it wasn't stocked well. Service sometimes felt lacking, particularly at meal times. I often had to wait too long for assistance. I loved certain aspects of the hotel, like its fun entertainment, but some key areas could significantly improve.

The location is fantastic, right on the seafront, making it easy to enjoy beach activities. The staff were friendly and eager to help, enhancing the overall experience. I particularly loved the garden view from my room. it provided a nice bit of tranquility after a busy day.

It was just a top selection for a brief stopover in Sousse with good value. The beach was just a two-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. Don’t miss joining the activities organized during the day for some fun.

Great place with amenities like beach access, fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me find my way to a local attraction. I highly recommend enjoying a cocktail at the bar.

Great stay, but slow dining!

I spent 4 nights in a Standard Double Room and loved how close it was to the beach. The bar/lounge area was a nice spot to chill, and I met some friendly staff who made my trip fun. Only thing is, the wait for food was pretty long at the restaurant, so come hungry and patient!

We enjoyed our stay, especially the fantastic animators who made our vacation fun, and the surprising birthday cake celebration. The only downside was the room cleanliness which could be improved.

The hotel is located close to a beautiful beach with fine sand, perfect for relaxing strolls. My family and I, along with our two dogs, enjoyed exploring the numerous shops and food options on-site. The evening entertainment events were also engaging for everyone.

My wife says that the dining options were disappointing.
